Claims Service was established in 1992 as a multi-line claims adjustment company. We assist insurance companies, risk management
companies, law firms and self insured entities with their insurance claim needs. We handle all lines of insurance loss throughout
Central Illinois.
We recognize the need for the services of true claims professionals. We have the technical ability
and interpersonal skills to meet the needs of your company and offer prompt, fair adjusting at a reasonable price. Our adjusters
are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to attend to all of your claim related needs.
We know that as claims
professionals we are an extension of your company. Nothing can take the place of superior customer service. To this end we
are taking advantage of the latest technology to better meet the needs of our customers and their clients. Our adjusters utilize
mobile computers and printers for on-site estimating, automated property and auto estimating software, digital photography,
electronic claim submission via our website and electronic reporting.
Our Home Office is located in East Peoria,
Illinois and is managed by Rob Ellis, AIC (owner). Rob has 17 years of multi-line claims experience. Brad Ellis is our Heavy Equipment Specialist and Appraisal Manager. Brad has been a Heavy Equipment Specialist
and Auto Appraiser for 10 years. He specializes in Tractor/Trailer, Agricultural Equipment, Construction Equipment, Recreational
Vehicles and Boats in addition to standard cars and trucks.
Our Springfield Branch Office is managed by Tom Nichols, CPCU. Tom originally founded Quality Claims Service and
has over 40 years of multi-line claims experience.
Our Bloomington Office is managed by Ryan Ortega.
Ryan joined QCS is 2008. His background includes eight years of experience
in estimating fire and water damage for a restoration and contruction company. He
is certified as a Mold Remediation Technician and Mold Remediation Project Supervisor through the Associated Specialists for
Cleaning and Restoration. Ryan specializes in residential and commercial property
claims.
